Well now, we have details on the ‘Glee’-centric episode, and it sounds like it will be something pretty special!
According to Perezhilton.com, exec producer Paul Lieberstein said the November 11 episode will revolve around ‘The Office’ peeps attending a ‘Glee’ viewing party hosted by Dunder Mifflin's Gabe.
He adds: "Gabe [Zach Woods] is hosting it, and it's mostly thrown by Erin [Ellie Kemper], who would like the office — and particularly Michael [Steve Carell] — to like Gabe a little more. So she thinks this will make him a little more popular if he hosts the party."
He added that Kelly Kapoor, played by Mindy Kaling, will be the most hardcore Gleek, "although she claims to hate the show, she knows everything about it. And Oscar [Oscar Nunez] feels like everyone should stop assuming he's a big Gleek because he's gay."
But it wasn’t as easy as just clicking their heels to make it happen as the shows are produced by rival companies NBC and Fox. But Lieberstein said that the networks eventually came to the party even though NBC executives "weren't thrilled," but they didn't stand in their way.
