Alec Baldwin could be shunning the business suit in favour of a black suit if rumours prove correct – that’s right, the '30 Rock' star is the surprise favourite for a role in ‘Men in Black 3’!

Empire writes that the Baldwin brother is being lined up to play opposite the recently announced Emma Thompson as her ‘opposite number’ in the 1960s.

The third film in the intergalactic ass-kicking franchise sees Will Smith time-travelling between present day and 1969 hooking up with Josh Brolin as Tommy Lee Jones’ younger self.

Gemma Arterton is also in negotiations, hinted to play a secretary in the past and rumour has it that Pussycat Doll and brief ‘X Factor’ judge Nicole Scherzinger will be making a cameo.

Filming for ’Men in Black III’is due to start in the next few weeks
