In '6 Days to Air: The Making Of South Park,' renowned documentarian Arthur Bradford takes you inside the weird and wonderful world of South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone as they embark on production of the show’s Spring run.
But turning around each brand new episode in only six days and delivering it to Comedy Central US just hours before broadcast is no mean feat! The boys talked about their unconventional production method in an interview with the Associated Press.

"Our best ones are always the ones where we come in on Thursday with nothing, and we come up with something and we get this energy - 'Ah, that's funny! That's funny!' - and we roll with it” said Parker.
“The other way, we over-think things too much."
"I like the process of getting really excited about an idea on Thursday or Friday and then there's a whole drama to the week,” continued Stone.
“We jump into it, then on Saturday we go, 'Hmmmm. I don't know about this idea.' And you start questioning it."
"But you don't have a choice," interjected Parker.
"You're trapped!" Stone agreed.
Well whatever the process, it sure seems to be working for them – South Park is now in its 15th year of production!
Don’t miss '6 Days to Air: The Making Of South Park' when it premieres exclusively on Comedy Central Monday October 24 @ 7:30pm.
