Take a trio of stoners, remove them from college life and place them in the real world, add some inappropriate jokes mainly centred around bodily functions, and you have ‘Workaholics’.
First up we have Blake Chesterfield Henderson (Blake Anderson), your typical loyal sweetheart. He’s the guy who will happily eat a piece of broken ceiling tile to prove his friendship. But his loyalty often lands him in trouble as he usually forgets whose side he’s on.
Then there’s Adam DeMamp (Adam DeVine), the ruthless prankster with the gift of the gab. He’s the kind of guy that you want to be friends with only because he has booze and rides rollerblades.
Last but not least introducing Anders “Ders” Holmvik (Anders Holm), the most responsible of the three who yearns to be taken seriously but just seems to fail at becoming an adult.
The three spend almost every waking hour together - by day they share a cubicle in their workplace as telemarketers, by night they share a home. The days are spent getting high, plotting schemes and pulling pranks instead of doing any actual work. It’s because they are simply bad at life in the real world that makes them so lovable.
