Cartman is initially highly amused by the situation, until Kenny and his siblings are removed by Child Protective Services and placed into foster care. He then realises that he needs to find the second poorest kid in school to make fun of.
Meanwhile, Kenny’s new family are strict agnostics forcing their foster children to take an ambiguous approach to life. Kenny’s sister is visited nightly by Mysterion who offers her comfort and friendship and protects her from bullies at school.
Which child at school turns out to be the second most poverty stricken? Will the agnostics find proof (or no proof) of a God?
