According to Comedy Central UK, Entertainment Tonight took the warlock aside during his recent Comedy Central promo shoot - which sees the ex-'Two and a Half Men' star riding a nuclear warhead and shouting "You want the truth Comedy Central? I’m riding 20 megatonnes of truth!" - to ask him about his impending roast.
The 'ma-Sheen' told reporter Chris Jacobs that he won’t be taking any of it personally and is "looking forward to how creative they can get."
"It’s a celebration of who I am...as a media figure, an industry figure, stuff like that, so that’s the veneer that keeps it from being personal" he added.
Well we hope for your sake that that 'veneer' is a strong one, Charlie, because 'Family Guy' mastermind Seth MacFarlane will once again be stepping up as roast master!
"I’m very excited to work with Comedy Central again on the roast," MacFarlane said.
"Charlie is a true icon with a talent that is strong and pure and concentrated into small crystals which can be smoked or eaten."
This will be the third time in a row that MacFarlane has presided over a Comedy Central Roast – he also spearheaded the roasts of David Hasselhoff and Donald Trump.
Don't miss 'The Comedy Central Roast of Charlie Sheen' when it premieres Thursday October 27 @ 8:30pm exclusively on Comedy Central!
